Shipping

• Currently shipping to all 50 states of the USA via USPS Priority mail.

• For overseas orders, please contact us for shipping rates.

• Overseas orders may be subject to local import taxes and fees, which may be charged by the destination authorities.

Returns Policy

• We are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.

• If you would like to return an item, please let us know and we will issue a return number.

• Items received without a valid return number may not be processed.

• Customers are responsible for return postage with a reputable carrier including tracking.

• Pickups must be returned in original condition (it’s fine to have installed them in your guitar).

1 Year Warranty

• All new pickups are quality control tested before they leave our shop and should last for many years if looked after.

• We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

• Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your product.

Warranty will be void if the pickups are modified in any way, including:

• Disconnecting the leads from the pickup

• Removing the coil tape

• Breaking the solder joint connecting pickups to metal covers

• Metallic particles (steel wool, fret filings etc.) found on the pickup

• Attempted DIY potting of unpotted pickups

• Obvious misuse/abuse.
